Return policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please contact us at dyipa@hotmail.com.com and provide the following information in your return request:

Order number
Name of the product being returned
Reason for return
Date of receipt
Address where the item was received
Email address used to complete the associated purchase

Once approved:
You have 14 days to return your item for a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a returns address to which you can send the item for a refund.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt of your order and contact us immediately if the merchandise is defective, or damaged, or if you have received the wrong merchandise so that it can be evaluated and corrected.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it, once the return is accepted you can purchase the new item separately.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if a refund is approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via the original method of payment. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and mail your refund.
